Being a fair-weather fan is easy. You enjoy all the excitement and celebrate every win without any strings attached. If your favorite team stops winning, you can switch your allegiance to another team at the drop of a hat.

Our faith doesn’t work that way. Jesus asks us to set our face on Him and follow Him with absolute loyalty. Today, Allen reminds us that following Jesus will always be difficult…but it will also be the best choice we ever make.
