You Won’t Regret These Seven Minutes

Practice makes perfect! You’ve spent the last five days learning more from Dr. Bottaro about mindfulness. It’s time to give it a try! The great thing about this mindfulness exercise is that it only takes seven minutes to learn! Once you’ve learned the process, you can do this throughout the day, and it will expand or contract to your needs – whether you make this part of your nighttime routine or only have 30 seconds in between meetings.
